PropertyEU
About PropertyEU | The information source for European real estate professionals
PropertyEU is published by PropertyEuro BV, the research and publishing firm that has established PropertyNL as the market leader in providing independent research for the commercial real estate community in the Netherlands. Against the background of increasing European cross-border development, financing and investing, PropertyEU is meeting the demand for a truly pan-European information source.

Making the European property sector more transparent

Investors from North America, the UK and elsewhere are increasingly attracted by the European property market, but its lack of transparency until now has often made them hesitate. PropertyNL has made the Netherlands commercial real estate market more transparent, and PropertyEU is now doing the same for Europe.

On the basis of its independent research, PropertyNL has delivered news, analysis, reports and research results via its fortnightly magazine, daily electronic newsletter, website and other media since 2000. PropertyNL also produces research publications and yearbooks on behalf of Neprom, the Association of Dutch Property Developers, and NVM, the largest association of real estate brokers and experts in the Netherlands.

A pan-European perspective

PropertyNL’s range of publications and website have become the authoritative source of commercial real estate information for agents, developers, investors, financiers, public authorities, consultants, specialist law firms, facility managers and architects in the Netherlands. Since the launch of PropertyEU in 2006, real estate professionals across the continent now have a website, magazine and newsletter with a pan-European perspective.

While there are specialist publications in Europe focusing on specific sectors, such as architects and investors, PropertyEU extends the added value of its wealth of research amongst public authorities, urban planners, end users and all the professionals who advise them. Our research amongst decision-makers interested in cross-border deal making has also produced a database of many thousands of real estate professionals throughout Europe.
