Christie + Co is marketing the freehold of the Four Seasons Hotel near Baker Street, London, on behalf of a private client. Offers in the region of £9 mln (almost EUR 11 mln) are being sought.

Situated in the affluent area of Marylebone, on the edge of Regent's Park, the 42 en suite-bedroom, upscale boutique hotel comprises three mid-terraced, early 19th Century, Grade II-Listed properties located on two separate sites. 173 Gloucester Place is a single building located on the west side of Gloucester Place, which comprises 15 en suite bedrooms, a 34-cover breakfast room and reception. The two other properties (the Annex) at 154 and 156 Gloucester Place are situated diagonally opposite the main hotel building and comprise 27 en suite bedrooms and conservatory

The Four Seasons has recently been refurbished to a high standard.
