Date: 12 March 2010
Category: Appointment
Property fund manager Cordea Savills has appointed Helen Soult as Assistant Portfolio Manager for the Charities Property Fund. Focusing on asset management, she will report to Harry de Ferry Foster, Director of Investment at Cordea Savills.

Soult joins from Savills, where she spent four years in the Commercial Landlord and Tenant department. She advised clients on a range of landlord and tenant issues across all property sectors with a specialisation in rent review and lease renewal.

Launched in 2000, the Charities Property Fund was the first Common Investment Fund available to all charities in England and Wales, and more recently to all UK charities, to invest directly in UK commercial property. The Fund is managed by Mayflower Management Company with Cordea Savills acting as Property Manager and has been specifically designed to meet the needs of charities, allowing them access to professional property investment and management while avoiding the time and expense of property administration.

Soult is a Chartered Surveyor and holds a masters degree in property valuation and law from Cass Business School in London. She holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Bristol.
