Zorlu Property promotes projects at MIPIM

Turkish group Zorlu Property is promoting its Zorlu Center and Zorlu Levent projects at the MIPIM real estate fair in Cannes this week. In addition the Zorlu Center project, for which 'adding value' to Istanbul as a priority, takes centre stage at the opening gala of MIPIM 2011 on Tuesday, 8 March. The opening gala will host about 6,000 exclusive guests under the concepts of old Istanbul and Modern Istanbul.

Zorlu Property will promote its Zorlu Center as well as Zorlu Levent among the world’s most prestigious and leading projects on its stand of 63 square-metres at the Riviera hall, one of the most prestigious halls of the fair which is expected to attract 18,000 participants worldwide. Zorlu Center, followed with interest not only in Turkey but also in Europe and other countries in the region, also won the 'MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Awards 2011' award in the 'Regeneration and Masterplanning' category.

The jury of MIPIM Architectural Review Future Project Awards, organized with the partnership of British architecture magazine Architectural Review and the world’s leading real estate fair MIPIM, evaluates the concerned projects’ ability to meet the expectations of investors as examples of creative, contemporary and well-done architecture as well as their contribution to social life and designs with environmental and social responsibility awareness in its consideration.
