International real estate advisor Savills has recruited Ana Zavala, who has more than 20 years experience in real estate, to direct its office agency team in Madrid. Previously Zavala was director of real estate investments at Colliers, where she worked with national and international clients. Before this she spent 15 years with Jones Lang LaSalle's office agency department in Madrid, where she was director of sales.

Zavala, who joined Savills in January 2011, will head the five-strong Madrid Office Agency team.
