Wihlborgs buys office in Lund for EUR 34m

Swedish company Wihlborgs Fastigheter has acquired an office property in the Swedish city of Lund for SEK 310 mln (EUR 34 mln). The vendor was development and construction group Skanska.

The property, Forskaren 3, comprises a total area of 11,000 m2 over two buildings. The buildings were designed by Tema architect firm and are Lund's first property constructed in accordance with the EU GreenBuilding programme. The property is fully leased to software company QlikTech International.

Skanska Commercial Development Nordic initiates and develops property projects in offices, logistics, business premises and commercial buildings.
