Warburg - Henderson buys Portal 10 in Münster

Hochtief Projektentwicklung has sold Portal 10, an office and medical facility in Münster, Germany to fund management joint venture Warburg - Henderson. The purchase price was in the double-digit millions. The property on Albersloher Weg has a total rental area of 6,600 m2 and was completed in fall 2010.

The seven-storey property in Münster's harbour district was constructed as a low energy building and designed to qualify for Silver certification from the German Council for Sustainable Building (DGNB). Two-thirds of the rental space has been let to a joint gastroenterological practice and a wind power system manufacturer, both of whom have taken two entire floors.
