Wallace Properties refinances EUR 72m loan

Wallace Properties, a Luxembourg-based unit of Corestate Capital's private equity fund Corestate German Residential, has prematurily refinanced a real estate loan with a value of EUR 72 mln.

The refinancing through a new mortgage-backed loan maturing on 30 September 2014, was provided by French lenders Natixis and Société Générale.

Corestate Capital is a specialist private equity investor and asset management company headquartered in Zug, Switzerland with offices in Frankfurt, London and Luxembourg. Founded in early 2006, the business focuses on the German market, having invested more than EUR 2 bn to date.
