Viveris REIM to revamp Versailles building

French real estate investment manager Viveris REIM has signed a forward leasing agreement with Blizzard, a developer and publisher of entertainment software, for the Versailles Turgot office building located at Yves le Coz in Versailles, Paris.

Viveris REIM will refurbish the 7,000-m2 property before delivering the building to Blizzard which will use it as its European headquarters. The asset is owned by Viveris REIM's SPPICAV Delta Immo.

In January Viveris REIM announced three 'core' acquisitions in Paris on behalf of its Sppicav Delta Immo fund involving a total investment of EUR 82 mln, or a gross yield of 5.9%.

Created in 2007, Viveris Reim currently manages around EUR 2.2 bn worth of assets for its investment vehicles.
