Viridis kicks off spec development in London

Viridis Real Estate is to commence construction of a speculative office development in London on behalf of a private overseas client. Financial details were not disclosed.

The 8,400 m2 scheme at 67 Lombard Street will comprise office space over nine floors and a retail unit. Balfour Beatty, the appointed contractor will begin work on site in September with completion programmed for mid 2013. CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield are appointed agents.

Viridis Real Estate is a privately owned development and asset management company which seeks to maximise value for its client across a portfolio of prime Central London properties.
