Newsec's Vilnius mall goes on the block

Nordic property services firm Newsec has launched a public tender to sell the Gedimino 9 shopping centre in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The mall is being marketed with a starting price of EUR 20 mln. The auction takes place on 19 December.

Gedimino 9 is a multi-storey retail centre located in the centre of Vilnius. The scheme was fully reconstructed in 2007 and offers 16,500 m2 of gross space.
