Category: Company
UK-based investment manager Rockspring has established a strategic cooperation with Nordic asset manager Vencom Property Partners.

The move stems from Rockspring's first investment in Sweden.

Vencom will act as the operating partner for Rockspring in relation to the investment in the properties Myren 6 and 8, situated in south of central Stockholm. The properties have a total lettable area of 15,000 m2 and are fully let to Posten Sverige.

Rockspring acquired the assets from German fund manager Deka Immobilien recently for EUR 35 mln.

'We see this as the first step in the co-operation we are now starting with Rockspring,' said Johan Gustafsson, chairman of Vencom.

Vencom Property Partners is an investor and asset manager focusing on the Nordic countries. Investments under management include InfraCity consisting of 200,000 m2 near Arlanda International Airport, and Aros Residential, active in the field of residential development.
