Unicredit to sell EUR 300m portfolio in Rome

Italian lender Unicredit has mandated Cushman & Wakefield to sell a portfolio consisting of seven office buildings in central Rome, well-informed market souces have confirmed to PropertyEU. The 7 Re portfolio, with a value of some EUR 300 mln, includes two historic buildings, Palazzo Mancini and Palazzo Verospi, located at Via del Corso, as well as two office properties in Via Nazionale and Via Cavour.
