Unibail Rodamco sells in Paris for EUR 140m

Generali France Immobilier has purchased an office complex at 3-5, boulevard Malesherbes in the eigth arrondissement of Paris for a price of over EUR 139 mln. The vendor is Franco-Dutch property group Unibail Rodamco.

The purchase was made on behalf of life insurance unit Generali Vie.

The eight-storey complex was fully refurbished in 2000 and currently offers 7,300 m2 of office space fully let to international law firm Salans. It also includes 700 m2 of retail facilities on the ground floor. Tenants are Grand Optical, SIA, and Episode.

Étude Dauchez & Associés, Baker & McKenzie, Fairway et Denjean advised the buyer. Cushman & Wakefield and Jones Lang LaSalle, Maître François Thomé, Allen&Overy, and Etude Jean-Claude Ginisty, acted for Unibail-Rodamco.
