ULI Germany unveils Leadership Award winners in Frankfurt

Four leading figures in the German real estate industry were honoured with the 2011 ULI Germany Leadership Awards at ULI Germany's Urban Leader Forum in Frankfurt on Wednesday.

The award winners were Uwe Bodeman, City Councillor for construction of the city of Hanover; Alexander Otto, CEO of ECE Projektentwicklung; Prof. Nico Rottke of the Real Estate Management Institute (REMI) of EBS Business School and Dr. Karlheinz Daehre, Former Minister for Regional Development and Transport of the Federal State of Saxony-Anhalt.

The award ceremony was hosted by the Lord Mayor of the City of Frankfurt, Dr. Petra Roth, at an event attended by over 250 guests at the Emperor’s Hall in the city centre.

The award - the Golden Ginko leaf - is presented by ULI Germany every year to honour outstanding entrepreneurship and future oriented, responsible thinking within the entire spectrum of real estate and city development. The nominees were elected through a jury chaired by Gerhard Dunstheimer of ECE.
