French investment manager Uffi Ream has announced three acquisitions in France on behalf of its SCPI investment funds.

The company said it has bought a portfolio of 15 retail properties in the Quartiers des Halles district of Paris and the provinces for a total of just over EUR 20 mln. The assets - which were bought from an unnamed French property owner - are mostly leased to retailers Maison du Monde, Kiloutou and Flunch.

Cushman & Wakefield and Icade Conseil co-managed the sale on behalf of the vendor.

Additionally, Uffi Ream has acquired a retail complex let to Simply Market and Aldi in La Louvière, Saint-Denis-sur-Sarthon, from JMP Expansion, for just over EUR 5 mln. In Avignon, the company bought another retail asset for just over EUR 6 mln.
