Trigranit delivers B4B project in Krakow

CEE developer Trigranit has delivered the Bonarka 4 Business (B4B) office project in Krakow to its tenants. The Class A office complex, representing a partnership of TriGranit Development Corporation and builder IPR Polska, offers 15,700 m2 of space in two independent buildings.

Major tenants include Alexander Mann Solutions, a leading provider of outsourcing services, and Fitness Center Pure. Designed by the Krakow-based architects Artur Jasiński i Wspólnicy, the asset opened nearly 100% leased out. Jones Lang LaSalle was the leasing agent.

TriGranit has been active in the Polish property market since 2005. Besides Bonarka City Center, the company's investments in Poland include the Silesia City Center and Oak Terraces in Katowice, as well as projects in Bydgoszcz and Poznan that are currently under development.

According to Simon Bayley, Chief Development Officer of Trigranit, the company has ploughed over EUR 600 mln into the Polish property market, with its development portfolio encompassing 400,000 m2.
