Tour Eiffel leases 11,000 m2 in Vélizy tower

French REIT Société de la Tour Eiffel has completed the leasing of its latest development project - the Topaz tower in Vélizy, near Paris.

In a statement on Wednesday, Tour Eiffel said that it has pre-let 10,600 m2 of office space under a nine-year contract to European engineering firm Altran. The project, located opposite the Europe station, will provide 13,100 m2 of leasable space by 2014. General Mills has a lease on the remaining 2,500 m2.

CBRE acted as leasing agent.
