Leeming joins C&W's UK office agency team

Global property adviser Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Tom Leeming as a partner and head of its UK National Office Agency team. He joins Cushman & Wakefield after seven years with Jones Lang LaSalle.

Leeming will be responsible for developing and growing Cushman & Wakefield’s office agency business across the UK with a specific focus on the Thames Valley.

The appointment is part of C&W's ongoing strategic recruitment initiative in line with the firm's five-year strategic growth plan. To date this year Cushman & Wakefield has hired 179 staff in the UK. This is an increase of 20% and includes 27 senior strategic hires in areas of the business where the firm sees significant extra growth potential and enhancement in line with its strategic plan.
