Timothy Horrocks named head of Germany for HGI

Henderson Global Investors has appointed Timothy Horrocks as head of its property business in Germany with immediate effect. He is responsible for the distribution of Henderson's property funds and its investment activities in Germany, Austria, Benelux and Scandinavia.

Since 2007, Horrocks has been head of Germany running the UK asset manager's office in Frankfurt, together with Michael Englisch, who, after almost seven years at Henderson, is leaving the company at the end of May to pursue other opportunities.

Horrocks has over 20 years experience in the European real estate sector and has held several executive positions at Henderson Global Investors since joining the company in 2001.
