Tim Turnbull joins Europa Capital

Europa Capital has announced that Tim Turnbull, previously chief investment officer at Hermes Real Estate, has joined its management team with responsibility to expand Europa's fund relationships. Turnbull joined Hermes in 2005 and was also a director of two operating businesses, MEPC and Argent, and member of Brockton Capital Fund 1 investment committee. Prior to this, he was at Aberdeen Property Investors, where he was responsible for Barclays Life and subsequently ADIA's UK real estate portfolios.

Europa Capital is a real estate fund management group operating from offices across Europe. Europa Capital is a member of The Rockefeller Group (RGI), whcih is a strategic investor alongside management. Since 1995, Europa Capital's principals have collectively raised six real estate funds and committed to over 70 transactions totalling some EUR 7 bn across 18 European countries.
