Savills doubles Paris office agency team
Date: 23 March 2011
Category: Broker
International real estate advisor Savills has strengthened its French office agency department with the appointments of Serge Vayer, Christophe de Cambourg and Grégoire Lembo. The appointments are part of an ongoing department expansion strategy which has seen the team double over the past 12 months, and includes the recruitment of directors Raymond Genre-Grandpierre and Pierre Antoine Matrand last September.

Serge Vayer, formerly at BNP Paribas Real Estate where he began his career in the industry in 2002, joins Savills as an associate director working with clients in the west Ile de France region. Christophe de Cambourg, who spent four years at Cushman and Wakefield's Paris offices, and Grégoire Lembo, formerly at Lloyds TSB International Private Banking and Gestion Passy, have joined the department as consultants covering central Paris.

'These recruitments are part of a wider growth strategy at Savills France,' said director Pierre-Antoine Matrand. 'We assist clients in a market which is very much split into geographic regions and surface areas, which is why our department is organised into client-focused teams who are experts in their respective markets.'
