Joint receivers David Hughes and Luke Charleton of Ernst & Young have appointed CB Richard Ellis Hotels to sell the Pearse Hotel Dublin, formerly known as the Holiday Inn Dublin City Centre.

The asset was formerly owned by Citywide Leisure and was put into administration by Anglo Irish Bank in early 201. The property is located on one of the Dublin's main thoroughfares near the city centre. It is freehold and immediately available, with vacant possession, although the Intercontinental Hotel Group has indicated it would be interested in discussing renewing its franchise.

Pearse Hotel Dublin offers 101 bedrooms, conference and banqueting space with five meeting rooms as well as 47 underground car parking spaces.
