Finnish listed property company Technopolis and Finland’s national public broadcasting company Yle have signed a contract to acquire the Yle Tohloppi complex in the Finnish city of Tampere. The total investment is around EUR 23.3 mln, including a 4% transfer tax.
Private asset management company Kryalos has completed the acquisition of a light industrial property in Rome, through its Mars fund.
