Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) has appointed Sophie Hodges as consulting manager to its EMEA Business Consulting team, based in London.

She joins the company from Ernst & Young where she worked across all sectors of real estate strategy, rationalisation, cost reduction and portfolio optimisation. Hodges also has extensive experience in sustainability and environmental issues within the built environment, C&W said.

Hodges previously worked at C&W as Client Solutions Consultant from 2007 to 2009.
