Date: 29 July 2011
Category: Logistics
UK REIT Segro has been commissioned to develop a distribution platform in the municipality of Gonesse, in the northern part of the Ile de France region, for Distribution Casino France (DCF), part of French retail chain Casino.

The building will offer some 28,000 m2 of logistics space leased to the multinational corporation on a 12-year lease.

'The quality and the possibilities offered by our land banks at strategic sites in Continental Europe has allowed us to respond to the needs of the Casino Group in a very short time,' said Fabien Fridrici, Segro's regional director for Ile-de-France.
