SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund wins IPD award

SEB Asset Management's SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund was one of the winners of this year's IPD European Property Investment Awards. The open-ended real estate fund has delivered the highest average performance in Germany over the past three years. It has now received the coveted award for the fourth year in a row.

In the three years to the end of 2010, SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund generated a performance of 18.86% beating a total of 19 competitors in Germany. After taking first place in IPD's Specialist Funds category in previous years, in 2011 it came top in the Balanced Funds category, in which IPD includes portfolios that are less than 70% invested in a particular market segment (type of use). Real estate portfolios that invest in Europe and have a track record of at least three years are eligible for the award.

SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund is an open-ended real estate fund with a global investment strategy. The portfolio currently comprises 50 properties in 13 countries. The fund is aimed at institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals.
