SEB AM lets 11,300m2 to arts centre in Paris
Date: 11 April 2011
Category: Leasing deal
SEB Asset Management has signed a nine-year lease with the Centre National des Arts Plastiques (CNAP) in Saint Ouen l’Aumône, north-east of Paris.

A total of around 11,300 m2 of storage and office space in Avenue du Château is available to the authority, which reports directly to the French Ministry of Education and Cultural Affairs.

This means that the building, which has been in the portfolio of the SEB ImmoPortfolio Target Return Fund open-ended real estate fund since 2001, is let in full to CNAP.
