ECE mall opens its doors in Oldenburg

German shopping centre specialist ECE Projektmanagement has announced the opening of its EUR 115 mln shopping centre in Oldenburg, Germany, representing a joint venture with the British American Tabacco pension fund.

The Schlosshöfe scheme, developed over the past two yeras, is spread three floors and includes around 100 stores, cafés, restaurants and service companies. It provides 12,500 m2 of sales area, as well as more than 900 m2 of office space and 430 parking spaces. ECE Projektmanagement is retaining the management of the centre.
