Savills has appointed Petter Klingofström to head the Swedish leasing team at its Stockholm office. Klingofström, who has 14 years of real estate experience, will develop the firm's leasing department in the Swedish market and broaden its Swedish and international client base. He will work closely with Savills Property Management team in Sweden to offer leasing services to both existing and new clients.

Before joining Savills Klingofström was a senior manager at Tenant & Partner and prior to this he worked with tenant related businesses at Thulefastigheter and CB Richard Ellis. His clients include Swedish and international players such as Unilever and L'Oréal och Schibsted, among others.
