Savills strenghtens Madrid office agency team
Date: 18 May 2011
Category: Appointment
International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Ignacio Sobrino to its office agency department in Madrid. He will be responsible for business development within the team and will work closely with office agency head Ana Zavala.

Zavala: 'The office market in Madrid saw a resurgence last year, with a 40% increase in take up compared with 2009. At the moment the market is very competitive in terms of the quality of supply on offer at good prices, which should lead to a renewed interest in the central business district from large corporations'.

Sobrino has more than 10 years experience in the commercial property sector. He joins Savills from Tasinsa, where he was a director. Prior to this he spent three years with Jones Lang LaSalle having begun his real estate career at DTZ Ibérica in 2000.
