Savills boosts Frankfurt office agency team

International real estate advisor Savills has recruited Jennifer Groß as a senior consultant in its Frankfurt office agency department as part of a wider expansion strategy. Groß has eight years experience in real estate and joins Savills from Colliers Schön & Lopez Schmitt where she worked for seven years, most recently as a consultant in the office agency team. Before this Groß worked at Deutsche Bank Real Estate.

'The office letting market in Frankfurt has picked up again and we expect it to gain momentum as the year progresses,' said Bernd-Uwe Willer, head of Savills Germany. 'We are therefore delighted to strengthen our office agency team in Frankfurt with the appointment of Jennifer Groß, who will help us to keep building up our already prominent position in the market.'

Recent instructions carried out by Savills Frankfurt office agency team include the letting of 7,500 m2 office space at Astro Park in Bürostadt Niederrad to Fujitsu Technology Solutions.
