Savills appoints new head of retail agency in Germany

International property adviser Savills has appointed Stephan Jung to head its retail agency operations across Germany. He joins from Knight Frank where he was director of investment responsible for shopping centres and high street deals.

Jung has 20 years experience in the property industry and previously worked for DTZ, Commerz Grundbesitz Investmentgesellschaft and HSH Real Estate, as well as building up the real estate operations of Larus Asset Management. He has been a member of the board of the German Council of Shopping Centres (GCSC) since 2004 and also sits on the advisory board of ICSC Europe.

Jung will be based at Savills' Frankfurt office.
