Savills appoints new investment head in Sweden

International real estate advisor Savills has appointed Johan Bernström to head its Swedish investment team in Stockholm. Bernström, who has 12 years experience in the real estate sector, joins Savills as a director from NEP Partners where he was principal of business origination.

Prior to this he worked at Leimdörfer and Persen Skei and as an analyst for Jones Lang LaSalle and Aberdeen Property Investors.

At Savills he will focus on developing the investment team's profile in Sweden. He will also be responsible for managing contact with Savills international clients as well as customers within other business areas such as property management, office agency and valuation.
