Savills appoints head of Swedish property management

International real estate adviser Savills has appointed Dante Felixson to head the commercial property management team at its Stockholm office.

Felixson has 10 years of experience in the real estate industry. Before joining Savills he worked for Stockholm-listed property investor Kungsleden where he managed some EUR 170 mln worth of office, industrial and retail properties. Prior to this he worked at Aberdeen Property Investors and Akademiska Hus Stockholm, Sweden's second largest commercial property company.
