Savills appoints head of PM in Netherlands

International real estate adviser Savills has strengthened its property management team in the Netherlands with the appointment of Peter Sybesma as head of department.

Sybesma joins the firm as a director and has nine years experience in the real estate sector. Based at Savills Amsterdam office Sybesma will be responsible for the further expansion of the company's property management business in the Netherlands.

Before joining Savills Sybesma worked as an independent interim manager for five years fulfilling a range of roles working with firms including Clercx Liebau Real Estate Management, BAM Utility Construction and Lips Capital Group. He also completed various consultancy assignments with municipal bodies. Prior to this he spent four years working for ABN AMRO Bouwfonds Property Finance, latterly as a senior account manager.
