Wellcome Trust calls in Savills for South Kensington assets

The Wellcome Trust has appointed international real estate advisor Savills to provide professional service advice for its South Kensington portfolio in London.

The team will provide strategic advice on residential lettings, enfranchisement, planning, building surveying, retail and office agency and research for over 2,000 residential and 100 commercial properties located throughout South Kensington and Knightsbridge.
