RREEF appoints Simon Durkin as head of research

RREEF, the real estate investment management business of Deutsche Bank’s Asset Management division, has appointed Simon Durkin as Head of Research, Europe. He will be based in RREEF’s London office.

Durkin joins RREEF from Co-Star/PPR, where he was European Director of Research and Analytics. In this role, he led the development of the research and analytics business and was a member of the board of CoStar UK and Head of PPR Europe. Prior to this, Simon was IPD’s Director of Service Design and New Product Development.
