Arno Elmer appointed COO of CBRE Germany

CB Richard Ellis (CBRE) has appointed Arno Elmer as the new chief operating officer (COO) in Germany. Elmer will be responsible for all Support and Central Services Lines.

Elmer has been a managing partner at Nürburgring, expert AG and Primondo Speciality Group. He was awarded a doctorate in business administration, has a Master of Laws in Economics and a professorship in Controlling and Finance at a private university.
