Roman Menzel joins Bouwfonds REIM

Roman Menzel has joined Bouwfonds REIM Germany as Head of Private Clients effective 1 January. He will primarily be responsible for the closed-end real estate fund business, with a focus on residential and office real estate.

‘After the success of the open-ended residential fund Bouwfonds European Residential for institutional investors, we also want to make our investment products available in the future to German private investors,’ said Michael Haupt, managing director at Bouwfonds REIM Germany.

Roman Menzel has a degree in business administration. He spent more than six years working for Deutsche Bank Real Estate in Frankfurt before working as Head of Sales and authorised representative of the Hamburg issuing house Wölbern Invest.
