Rockspring Property Investment Managers has expanded its Client Services team, appointing Maria Bergliden-French as Business Development Manager in the UK.

Bergliden-French will be working closely with Rockspring's sales directors and fund managers to support new capital raising initiatives globally. She joins from Barclays Wealth, where she held various roles in investment management and business development. Most recently she worked in the real estate origination team and was responsible for origination and coverage of global real estate investment opportunities for private clients.
