Rockspring Property Investment Managers has appointed Jose Luis Pellicer as associate partner and head of research. Pellicer will set the investment strategy across Rockspring's range of European property funds. He will also be a member of the investment committee.

Pellicer was Rockspring's head of research between 2004 and 2007. He rejoins Rocksping after being part of Goldman Sachs property derivatives team and head of AEW Europe's research operation in London.
