Redevco opens Calvert project in Nantes

International property group Redevco has announced the opening of its Kalvert retail project in the French city of Nantes. The scheme houses the biggest city-centre Kiabi clothing store in France as well as the latest concept in food retailing, U Express.

The asset comprises 5,590 m2 of retail space over three floors, located at the corner of rue du Calvaire and rue la Fayette, the main city-centre shopping street in Nantes.

Calvert was awarded a 'Very Good' rating under the BREEAM sustainability standard.
