Realty to focus on EU regulation and Benelux investment

PropertyEU is hosting its annual European Real Estate Policy & Investment Forum and Benelux Investment Briefing at Realty Brussels on Wednesday 29 May.

The event provides a meeting point for senior leaders in real estate and policy-makers to assess the impact of regulatory changes on the outlook for investment in European real estate, amid significant concerns about the latest BaFin proposals.

The event also includes a special focus on the Benelux region and the NEO project in Brussels, as an example of a city working successfully with investment capital as part of a majoir urban renewal project.

The European Real Estate Policy & Investment Forum and Benelux Investment Briefing runs from 9 am to 1.15 pm at
Realty, Tour & Taxis in Brussels on 29 May.
