Realogis opens office in Hamburg

Realogis, the German industrial and logistics property adviser, is opening an office in Hamburg to increase its presence in northern Germany.

The five-strong team led by Adrian Zellner will work the Hamburg market and the north German commercial regions of Bremen, Hanover and Kassel, including the logistics region Berlin/Brandenburg. Realogis plans to employ more staff for the Hamburg Realogis branch in the second quarter of 2012.

Umut Ertan, founder of Realogis: 'Our goal is to continue building on our position as market leader this year and to move more space and generate more sales in the segment of industrial and logistics real estate than all our competitors in Germany.'
