Rapp appointed IMF Immobilien chairman

German listed developer-investor IFM Immobilien has appointed Gordon Rapp as chairman of its supervisory board. He replaces Luca Pesarini who will become vice-chairman.
Rapp has been vice-chairman of the supervisory board since IMF's initial public offering in 2006. In addition, he is a member of the presiding and personnel committee, acquisitions and planning, and construction and sales committee, as well as compliance and audit committee.
Rapp is a commercial lawyer and holds a degree in business administration.
