Prologis renews 300,000m2 in CEE during Q2

Prologis, the global industrial real estate group, announced it extended more than 300,000 m2 of lease agreements in Central & Eastern Europe during the second quarter of 2011.

The three largest renewals were in the Czech Republic, Poland and Hungary.

The top deal of the period involved logistics group DHL Solutions renewing a 99,000 m2 lease at Prologis Park Prague-Jirny, Czech Republic. The second largest deal took place in Poland with a consumer group renewing a 50,000 m2 lease at Prologis Park Sochaczew.

Transport group Geodis renewed a 29,000 m2 lease at Prologis Budaors DC1, Hungary.
