US industrial property group Prologis has signed a lease for 33,445 m2 with Expert Logistics, a subsidiary of kitchen appliance specialist DRL Holdings. The company will occupy the entire Prologis Crewe 360 facility. 'The company is currently operating from a number of smaller buildings, so the move to Prologis Crewe 360 will allow us to consolidate our distribution operations under one roof,' said Dave Ashwell, managing director of Expert Logistics.

Prologis Crewe 360 is a state-of the-art distribution center that has achieved BREEAM 'Excellent' accreditation, as well as an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) 'A' rating.

'With this agreement, we've nearly completed the lease-up of our development portfolio in the UK,' said Phillip Dunne, president of Prologis Europe.
