Private investor buys shop units in Amsterdam

A private investor has acquired five retail units on one of the most exclusive shopping streets in Amsterdam. The financial details were not disclosed but PropertyEU estimates the investment volume of EUR 18 mln. This reflects a yield below 4.75%.

The vendor was a consortium of Irish investors.

The five units on P.C. Hooftstraat are occupied by Tommy Hilfiger, Ralph Lauren, Philippa K and Oger Donna.

Savills Retail and Allen Overy acted for the vendor.
