PointPark Properties (P3) has appointed Ingo Spangenberg as development director and head of the German office. As of August 1, Ingo is responsible for growing P3's business activities in Germany.

Spangenberg has 20 years' experience in acquisition, sale and leasing of logistics spaces, having covered the position of Berlin industrial director at Jones Lang LaSalle, head of Industrial at Savills and CEO/COO managing director at Sirius Real Estate.

Prior to joining P3, he worked for the real estate consulting firm Grec, which he also owned.
